Prepare an immune boosting tea with me.๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿซ–๐Ÿง‰

It is cold outside, which makes it the perfect time to prepare a comforting cup of tea that helps warm the body and support overall well-being.  This is a tea I personally prepare at least twice a week, and you can easily try it at home as well.  That said, everyone’s body is different, so I always recommend checking with your local healthcare practitioner before trying new herbal remedies; especially if you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Even natural ingredients can interact with medications or health conditions, so it is always best to check with a healthcare practitioner before trying new herbal remedies; especially if you plan to drink them regularly.

Trellis Building For Cucumbers, Harvesting & Gardening Tips | DIY

Trellis Building For Cucumbers, Harvesting & Gardening Tips        A Productive Day in the Garden Today was full of garden goodness!  We started the day by building trellises for our cucumber plants, using bamboo, and string to help the vines grow upward. It’s our first time constructing trellises, and the results are looking great. After the building was done, it was time to harvest! Tomatoes and eggplants were picked fresh from the garden in preparation for a delicious ratatouille. While a blunt knife was used for the eggplants, we recommend a sharp knife or garden shears for cleaner cuts and healthier plants. Using organically grown vegetables straight from our backyard makes this ratatouille dish even more special. The recipe will be shared on Simple Meals With Jess. Be sure to check it out for easy, simple, homemade inspiration! It’s days like these that remind us: growing your own food is as rewarding as it is delicious. Happy gardening, h...

Cucumber plants produce yellow flowers as part of their natural reproductive process.

Image
Did You Know?    Cucumber plants produce yellow flowers as part of their natural reproductive process. These flowers are essential for fruit development.  Here's how it works:  Male & Female Flowers Cucumber plants usually have both male and female flowers. Male flowers appear first and produce pollen. Female flowers come later and have a tiny cucumber at the base.  Pollination is Key:  For cucumbers to grow, pollen from the male flower must reach the female flower; usually with the help of bees or other pollinators. Once pollinated, the base of the female flower begins to swell and grow into a cucumber.  Why so many flowers?  Sometimes, the plant produces extra male flowers to attract pollinators. Not every flower will become fruit, but each one increases the chances.  Fun Tip: If you’re not seeing fruit, you can hand-pollinate by gently transferring pollen from a male flower to a female one using a small brush or even you...

Update on our eggshell and banana peel mix experiment for yellow leaves and dark spots.

Image
Update on our eggshell and banana peel mix experiment. After adding the blend to our watering routine, after two weeks, our rose plant is showing beautiful signs of recovery! The leaves are more vibrant, the yellowing has reduced, and those dark spots are slowly fading. A gentle reminder that sometimes nature’s remedies just need a little time.☀️๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿต          . . . . . . #rose #rosegarden #experiment #composting #flowers #gardenproject #gardentok #gardenchitchat #earth   #yellowflowers #sun #outdoors #planthealth #vibrant #yellowleaves #darkspots #france #plantingseason #mentionedyou #update #natural
